Description
Ross is hiring an Area Supervisor to oversee hourly and temporary associates in a warehouse distribution environment. The role manages merchandise processing and distribution to stores, organizes staffing and work orders, enforces safety and company policies, coaches and evaluates employees, handles hiring and disciplinary processes, maintains production and time records, and communicates operational needs to management. The position requires strong leadership, communication, collaboration, planning, organization, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work full time on site in a physically demanding warehouse environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
