The Area Technical Service Manager provides technical support and assistance to distributors in a defined geographic area for egg and poultry equipment purchased from Chore-Time. Responsibilities include training growers and distributors on product lines, providing warranty support, supporting sales/engineering staff with new product introductions, developing communication skills, attending events like trade shows, responding to integrator requests, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the service truck is well-maintained.
