The Argos Shift Manager manages shifts in Argos stores, leads and coaches store teams, supports the Store Manager, and may lead full-store operations when the Store Manager is absent. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, sales, profitability, KPI delivery, operational safety and compliance, and motivating colleagues.
