POM Wonderful is hiring an Arils Maintenance Lead to oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for high-speed ready-to-eat pomegranate arils production, including extraction, processing, packaging, utilities, and facility infrastructure. The role leads troubleshooting of PLC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems; reliability and root-cause analysis; maintenance planning through a CMMS; regulatory compliance; and technical training and coaching of maintenance personnel. Compensation is $28–$31, with medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits mentioned.
