Grey Dog Security LLC is hiring an Armed Operations Security Supervisor in Kalamazoo, Michigan for a full-time leadership role overseeing armed security operations across South Michigan. The supervisor will manage officer schedules, site compliance, incident response, reporting, and client/team communication, while maintaining high standards of safety, de-escalation, and armed post professionalism. The role requires 1–2 years of verifiable armed security or related experience, an active Michigan CPL (or equivalent), a high school diploma or GED, and availability for all shifts in a 24/7 environment.
