GLOBAL OPS is hiring full-time, in-person Armed Security Agents to work across New York State, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and Westchester. The role involves outdoor perimeter checks, access control, monitoring suspicious activity, responding to alarms and emergencies, enforcing security procedures, and preparing incident reports. Applicants must hold a New York State Armed Security License and either an unrestricted New York State pistol permit or a valid NYS Yellow Carry Card License, along with a high school diploma or GED, flexible weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to complete required screenings and training. Compensation is $28.00–$34.00 per hour for 2026 and $30.00–$36.00 per hour for 2027, with health insurance and other benefits.
