Sentry Force Security is hiring Armed Security Officers, Armed Security Supervisors, and Armed Floaters in the Richmond, Virginia area. The roles involve protecting personnel, property, and facilities; conducting patrols and security checks; monitoring access points and surveillance systems; responding to incidents; preparing reports; and communicating professionally with clients and other stakeholders. Floaters must be flexible and available at various locations and shifts. Applicants must hold a valid Virginia DCJS Armed Security License, be at least 18 years old, pass background and pre-employment screening, and be available for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
