Fraser is hiring a full-time Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Practitioner to provide clinical support to adults aged 18 and older, including those with co-occurring developmental or intellectual disabilities. The role involves helping clients overcome barriers, develop coping skills, set goals, and implement targeted interventions in home, community, and occasionally virtual settings. It requires substantial behavioral-science education or clinical experience, adult disability experience, electronic health-record documentation, a Minnesota driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a DHS background check. The position is primarily virtual and community-based, based in Fraser Bloomington or Fraser Coon Rapids, with travel required, and offers a starting annual pay range of $54,000 to $57,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
