Dcode is hiring a Program Manager to support innovation and technology delivery within the U.S. Army at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The role bridges rapid technology prototyping with formal Army acquisition pathways, establishing governance and intake processes, managing delivery workstreams, applying agile and Scrum methods, coordinating technical and acquisition stakeholders, and supporting prototyping, testing, deployment, and sustainment. The position requires at least five years of relevant DoD or Department of the Army experience, strong acquisition and technical fluency, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance or higher.
