Dcode is hiring a Senior Program Associate to support high-priority defense-sector initiatives at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The role owns defined workstreams, produces decision-ready deliverables, coordinates across government, military, civilian, and industry stakeholders, and supports financial management, budget and spend analysis, resource alignment, acquisition processes, and program decision-making. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with agile delivery; financial management proficiency and defense contracting knowledge are preferred, while Top Secret clearance is strongly preferred and eligibility is required.
