Dcode is hiring a Senior Program Associate to support high-priority initiatives for a defense-sector client at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The role owns defined workstreams, produces decision-ready deliverables, coordinates Army innovation organizations and cross-functional stakeholders, manages events and travel, maintains operational trackers, and produces SITREPs. It requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with agile delivery, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance, which is strongly preferred. The salary range is $79,000 to $98,000 plus bi-annual bonuses.
