The Arnie’s Shift Supervisor supervises employees during an assigned shift, manages customer service and sales, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, processes point-of-sale transactions, controls inventory, and leads, trains, and develops team members. The role reports to the General Manager, requires hands-on POS, customer service, and supervisor experience, and is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position with flexible hours.
