The ARORA Ambassador serves as the community leader for Life Time’s ARORA program for active adults aged 55 and older, building member relationships, facilitating social mixers, workshops, and walking clubs, coordinating with club leaders and departments, and providing feedback to improve the program. The role requires at least one year of experience interacting with the active-aging segment, availability during peak activity hours, and offers hourly pay of $17.25 to $20.50 plus benefits.
