Devsu is hiring an Arquitecto de Soluciones/Líder Técnico de Desarrollo to lead the technical architecture and evolution of digital products for a major financial and banking client in Latin America. The role involves designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions; translating business objectives into technical solutions; managing technical roadmaps and debt; reviewing designs and code; coordinating with stakeholders; promoting DevOps and observability practices; mitigating technical and operational risks; and mentoring technical teams. The position is hybrid in Quito, Ecuador, requires more than five years of backend/frontend development and software architecture experience, and includes medical insurance and professional development benefits.
