Stoney Clover Lane is hiring an Art Director to partner with founders and the Senior Director of Marketing on creative concepts, campaigns, product launches, photoshoots, packaging, gifting, digital marketing, and brand experiences. The role leads visual creative production, directs photographers and other creative partners, manages the graphic design team, and collaborates with marketing, visual merchandising, product, packaging, and influencer teams. Candidates need at least seven years of art direction or creative direction experience for a consumer-facing brand, a strong portfolio, and experience leading photoshoots and managing designers. The position offers a salary of 100,000–125,000 depending on experience and a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.
