Description
The Art Director – eLearning & Media Innovation will lead visual direction and creative strategy across digital learning, multimedia, and emerging technologies. The role combines hands-on design of UI/UX, motion graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive content with mentoring designers, establishing design standards, leading client workshops, and using AI and immersive technologies. It is a full-time onsite position in Pune or Noida, India, requiring a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, 8–12 years of digital design experience including 3+ years in a lead or directorial role, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Figma, and AI design tools.
