The role involves developing concepts from brief to completion, collaborating with copy and creative leaders, managing projects and workloads, presenting to clients, and maintaining industry awareness. Candidates need at least four years of creative experience, cross-channel experience, a relevant portfolio, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with required in-office days and a base salary of $65,000 to $115,000 USD.
