Description
State Street is seeking a Gen AI Developer to own end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade AI systems, including LLM, NLP, computer vision, and predictive machine learning applications. The role leads architecture and implementation across engineering teams, establishes MLOps and responsible-AI governance, manages AI risks, coordinates multiple initiatives, and mentors engineers and applied scientists. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of software engineering experience with significant AI/ML leadership, strong software and cloud engineering skills, and experience with LLM/GenAI development, model evaluation, and production observability.
