Mosaic is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Co-Op/Intern for its AI team at the FishHawk site in Lithia, Florida. The full-time, in-person or hybrid role runs from January 11, 2027 to April 23, 2027 and involves prototyping machine learning, LLM-powered, and agentic AI solutions; building reproducible data and training workflows; documenting results; and collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in computer science or a closely related field, have Python and machine learning experience, and be able to work full time as a student.
