Willis Towers Watson is hiring a pro-code AI Developer to build production-grade AI systems, including agents, RAG pipelines, and AI applications primarily in Python. The role involves orchestrating LLMs with LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen; implementing advanced RAG and agentic patterns; integrating APIs and MCP-based enterprise connectors; deploying and operating cloud workloads; and scaling solutions for performance, reliability, cost, and throughput. Candidates need 5 to 8 years of experience, strong Python and software-engineering skills, hands-on experience with AI frameworks and RAG systems, cloud and Azure AI Foundry expertise, and the ability to rapidly prototype from idea to production.
