Description
The AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and internal tools for document understanding, process automation, and knowledge retrieval. The role develops AI infrastructure and platform components, including embeddings, vector stores, semantic search, vector databases, FastAPI services, MLflow model management, APIs, observability, testing, and CI/CD. The engineer will collaborate with Data and Backend Engineers, contribute to architecture and product discussions, and support AI ethics and explainability in regulated life sciences contexts. The position offers a hybrid work model and flexible schedule.
