iCapital is hiring an Associate AI Engineer to design, develop, evaluate, deploy, and operate production-grade AI systems in a FinTech environment. The role focuses on LLM-based reasoning, document intelligence, knowledge systems, and agentic orchestration, with responsibilities spanning solution design, model development, evaluation pipelines, benchmarking, versioning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Python skills, statistical and data-analysis fundamentals, and familiarity with modern LLM and document-AI tooling. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $130,000, equity, a performance bonus, and a hybrid office schedule Monday–Thursday with remote work on Friday.
