Wabash Valley Power Alliance is hiring an AI/ML Systems Engineer to design, implement, administer, monitor, and maintain artificial intelligence and machine learning systems across business units, member cooperatives, and business partners. The role focuses on automating workflows, reducing business risk, developing predictive maintenance and load-forecasting models, analyzing large datasets, researching technology platforms, and educating staff on AI/ML tools. It is hybrid, with on-site and remote workdays, and requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, three to five years of AI/ML or data analysis experience, strong communication and technology skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
