The role is responsible for shaping how artificial intelligence supports Bamberger VerlagsGruppe and its subsidiaries, including identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, creating project plans and business cases, overseeing AI projects from piloting through rollout and standard operations, and ensuring compliance with data protection, IT security, and internal guidelines. The position also involves communicating with employees, collaborating with internal and external partners, monitoring technological developments, and supporting digital learning solutions. It requires a degree in business informatics, computer science, communication, media studies, or a comparable program, strong IT and large-language-model knowledge, and offers flexible hybrid work in Bamberg.
