Description
The AI Site Lead will drive AI transformation and value realization at a manufacturing site by developing a 1–3 year AI roadmap, managing the AI project portfolio, coordinating technical and domain resources, ensuring deployment and adoption, and reporting business outcomes. The role serves as the primary interface between the site organization and the central Manufacturing Data Science / AI@BEM organization and requires at least five years of manufacturing experience, three years of experience with data, analytics, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
