Plan International is hiring a permanent, full-time Artificial Intelligence Strategy Manager for Hamburg or Berlin. The role advises the Executive Board on organization-wide AI strategy, develops guidelines and roadmaps, manages the AI use-case pipeline, prioritizes projects, supports prototypes through implementation, identifies deployment opportunities, and establishes responsible AI standards. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, at least five years of digitalization experience, strong LLM knowledge, strategic project experience, and excellent German and English skills.
