Mahzen, part of The Xara Collection, is hiring an experienced Artisan Baker in Mdina to produce croissants, Danish pastries, pain au chocolat, and other viennoiserie. The role involves preparing, shaping, proofing, baking, monitoring fermentation and quality, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Applicants need prior bakery experience, knowledge of bread production and fermentation, experience with glossy dough and viennoiserie, a valid Maltese Food Handler Licence, and English proficiency; a bakery or pastry qualification is an advantage.
