Description
The Arts & Athletics Program Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative hub for a university School of the Arts’ marching band, pep band, and dance team. The role coordinates travel, equipment transportation, game-day performance logistics, scheduling, purchasing, expense tracking, communications, recruiting clinics, marketing support, and event documentation while liaising with the Department of Athletics, program directors, coaches, vendors, and student performers. A bachelor’s degree, event and logistics coordination experience, strong organization and communication skills, office and scheduling software proficiency, and flexibility for some evening and weekend work are required; marching band, dance, performing arts, and collegiate athletics experience are preferred.
