The ASC Administrator provides strategic leadership, compliance, operational oversight, and performance management for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role oversees revenue and net operating income, staffing, budgets, billing, regulatory compliance, clinical quality improvement, and relationships with physicians and medical staff. It requires a bachelor's degree in a health profession, business administration, public administration, or related field, plus 5–7 years of related surgical or ambulatory nursing experience and 5–7 years of healthcare administrative management experience. The salary range is $130,000–$160,000.
