Description
The Registered Nurse Administrator/Manager will lead daily operations of an AHCA-accredited four-OR ambulatory surgery center. The role oversees clinical operations, quality improvement, staff development, physician and vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, safety, supply and equipment management, budgeting, and operational planning, while providing direct clinical support as needed. Candidates must hold a current Florida RN license in good standing, have 3–5 years of ambulatory surgery center leadership experience, and demonstrate experience with AAAHC accreditation, AHCA regulatory compliance, and CMS Conditions for Coverage.
