Description
Springfield Clinic is hiring an ASC Technician to support physicians and registered nurses in endoscopy or pain management procedures. The role involves assisting with patient care, cleaning and processing endoscopes, operating and troubleshooting procedure and scope-processing equipment, maintaining aseptic technique and infection-control standards, handling specimens, documenting procedures, stocking supplies, and completing required training and certifications. The position reports to the Nurse Manager-Operative Services and may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, contagious diseases, and hazardous materials.
