Highfields is hiring an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Case Manager for its Jackson location serving Jackson and Hillsdale youth and families. The role coordinates and provides safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered special education and developmental disability services and supports; drafts service plans; reviews case treatment programs; and ensures clients receive appropriate services and care. The position offers a flexible schedule and remote work, along with paid time off, holidays, mileage, licensing support, training, insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k), and student loan forgiveness eligibility.
