Strive Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Aseptic Manufacturing Operator in Alachua, Florida, to prepare sterile injectable compounded medications in an onsite cleanroom. The role performs aseptic compounding, quality checks, documentation, equipment calibration, cleanroom maintenance, inventory monitoring, audits, and regulatory compliance activities. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, strong aseptic technique, and knowledge of USP and FDA cGMP guidelines.
