Boston Consulting Group is hiring an AP Regional Consulting L&D Manager/Senior Manager in Gurgaon or Kuala Lumpur to execute the firm’s learning strategy across Asia Pacific, manage regional and global learning journeys, improve learning modules and facilitator capabilities, support vendor relationships, and partner with business leaders and L&D stakeholders. The role requires 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, strong cross-cultural and stakeholder-management skills, project management ability, and a university degree or related certification; it generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
