The role oversees project delivery, customer and program relationships, proposals, subcontractors, talent recruitment, performance management, and technical leadership, with a flexible 9x80 office schedule and no teleworking. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, prior program or project management and SOC/ASIC/FPGA design or verification experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
