Amazon Lab126 is hiring an ASIC Design Manager in Boise, Idaho, to lead a team designing SoC ASICs and their intellectual property. The role owns the front-end ASIC design flow, coordinates with verification, physical design, DFT, and emulation teams, manages project plans and risks, drives design quality, contributes to chip architecture decisions, and recruits and retains engineering talent. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least 10 years of ASIC/SoC development experience, and 3+ years of management or technical leadership experience. The position offers a base salary of $175,100 to $236,900 annually plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
