ASIC Digital Design, Staff Engineer at Synopsys

Synopsys is hiring a Staff Engineer for its SerDes PHY IP firmware team to develop firmware for next-generation SerDes PHY IP supporting PCIe, Ethernet, and MIPI M-PHY. The role focuses on firmware design, startup and calibration flows, firmware–hardware debugging, silicon bring-up, customer issue resolution, firmware tools, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of related experience, embedded firmware expertise, high-speed SerDes knowledge, and the ability to debug Verilog RTL.
