Description
The ASIC Firmware Engineer will architect, design, build, and test embedded firmware for next-generation data-center ASIC platforms, including secure bootloaders, BootROM, RTOS and bare-metal firmware, device drivers, and low-level SoC support. The role leads embedded software development, debugs complex firmware and hardware issues, supports silicon bring-up and system software teams, and contributes to long-term firmware roadmaps. Candidates need a degree in computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of embedded system development experience, and experience with bootloaders, secure boot, complex SoCs, and embedded hardware.
