Positron AI is hiring a Senior DFT Engineer to own DFT implementation end-to-end for its AI inference accelerator, from micro-architecture definition through RTL integration, backend implementation, pre-silicon validation, and first silicon. The role requires extensive ASIC and DFT experience, strong RTL and synthesis skills, and hands-on experience with Siemens Tessent DFT solutions.
