Description
Micron Technology is hiring an ASIC Reliability Analysis Engineer to support ASIC reliability assurance and laboratory operations. The role involves configuring and maintaining UltraFlex CP and FT testers, TEL probers, Chroma handlers, probe cards, load boards, HTOL ovens, and related reliability infrastructure; managing lab logistics; performing pass/fail verification; analyzing test results; and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, hands-on ASIC ATE test operation experience, HTOL setup and execution knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot, analyze results, and communicate effectively.
