Description
Google is hiring an ASIC/SoC EDA Automation Engineer to develop custom silicon solutions for direct-to-consumer products. The role focuses on designing CAD tools, extending third-party tool APIs, and building software automation for physical design and SoC EDA flows, including floorplanning, power planning, synthesis, place-and-route, clock tree synthesis, timing closure, STA, DRC, LVS, and DFM. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience, plus eight years of scripting automation experience; master's or PhD experience and advanced technology-node experience are preferred. The position requires in-person interviews and offers work locations in Tel Aviv and Haifa, Israel.
