Description
Etched is hiring an ASIC Technical Program Manager to lead hands-on technical program coordination across Physical Design, DFT, DV, RTL, and Post-Silicon teams. The role manages external EDA and implementation vendors, identifies and mitigates risks, plans complex hardware programs through tape-out milestones, communicates with engineering and executive stakeholders, and maintains program visibility. Candidates need at least one full ASIC tape-out, strong RTL-to-GDSII knowledge, 5+ years of technical or engineering program management experience in semiconductor or hardware, direct EDA or implementation partner experience, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
