Description
The ASIC Test Development Engineer will define test requirements and concepts, create test plans and specifications, develop automated test programs on equipment such as Advantest V93k, validate automotive ASICs, SoCs, and radar systems, design ATE hardware, analyze test data, approve series-production test programs, and coordinate with development, service, and supplier stakeholders. The role requires an electrical engineering or comparable degree, semiconductor or radar test experience, ATE and programming knowledge, statistical analysis skills, and occasional international travel. Flexible part-time, mobile, and job-sharing options are offered.
