Description
Amazon Leo is hiring an ASIC Test Engineer to lead offshore sustaining engineers and manage ATE test programs for RF DBF ASICs at wafer sort and final test. The role covers production yield monitoring, root-cause analysis, test-program debugging, OSAT issue resolution, quality and yield improvement, cost reduction, supplier scaling, and production data analytics. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years of semiconductor test or product engineering experience, ATE platform experience, Python or similar scripting, and RF or digital ATE experience. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California, with a base salary of 183,000 to 247,600 USD annually.
