Description
The ASIC Test Engineer will develop and validate pre-silicon and post-silicon test solutions for new high-performance computing products, including ATE test modules, binning flows, test programs, and manufacturing test strategies. The role also supports product sustainment, yield and test-time improvement, failure localization, and automation of the testing lifecycle. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, four years of test engineering experience, and experience with ASIC test methodologies, ATE platforms, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C/C++.
