Description
Micron Technology is hiring an SSD/UFS Test Engineer to develop and optimize test programs for SSD and UFS controller products, automate testing with software scripts, improve product yields and equipment efficiency, and collaborate with product, equipment, and design teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, strong software development and programming skills, and familiarity with semiconductor test programming, digital/analog/mixed-signal testing, ATE platforms, and semiconductor manufacturing. The position also involves integrating AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
