Description
The role develops wafer-level and sample-level test solutions for BST ASIC mass production and characterization, including test programs, test hardware, ATE platform configuration, characterization data analysis, and production test-cost reduction. It also supports test-plan definition, test feasibility discussions with designers, continuous improvement of test workflows and methodologies, and cross-functional alignment across product life. The position requires a BSEE, at least three years of experience with a mainstream ATE tester, strong digital/analog circuit and circuit-test knowledge, programming skills, English fluency, and willingness to travel to engineering sites in Stuttgart, Munich, Dresden, and Milano.
