Description
This Sales Support Specialist supports customer-facing sales professionals from lead generation through order fulfillment and after-sales resolution. Responsibilities include qualifying customer leads, preparing budgetary quotes, supporting customer visits and events, processing orders and invoices, communicating order and inventory status, resolving customer issues, monitoring stock levels, and assisting retail customers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, significant relevant work experience or specialized skills, and B2-level English; export-control or sanctions licensing may be required.
