Description
Rentokil PCI is seeking an ASM - Individual Contributor to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and ensure service delivery across commercial or residential business profiles. The role is field-based and involves business development, customer service, administration and accounts, and systems/MIS responsibilities, including target achievement, upselling, collections, invoicing, and coordination with Operations, Back Office, and service planners. The position requires strong selling, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, a graduate degree, proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite, and at least 6 years of direct sales experience in facilities management or, preferably for residential profiles, home products/services or residential cleaning.
