The Aircraft Sheet Metal Assembler builds, mates, installs, and repairs aircraft structures and functional components using jigs, fixtures, riveting, drilling, reaming, milling, and hand tools. The role requires two years of aircraft sheet-metal assembly experience or equivalent training, or an Airframe & Powerplant license from an accredited aeronautical institution, and includes initial skills training and a performance demonstration.
